Our Story…

begins in 1990. At that time my mother was super fond of her spotted horses and sprinting around barrels with them. She frequently took me on trail rides using those spotted ponies and hoped to foster a passion for Appaloosa horses and western riding in her daughter.

I loved the horses, and the saddle was okay. In 1997 I went to a day camp for kids and was introduced to my first instructor outside of my mother. I adored her, and the little cross rails she let me hop over in my first English saddle on the first Arabian horse I ever came to know. After that I spent most of my time in a hunter saddle, and showed just about every weekend in the hunter equitation division.

Today I operate Equuleus Equine out of North Valley Farm in Canaan, NY. I do so with the help of my son (horses are a family affair!) and my other half.

Please take a look around, and contact us if you have any questions.

Thank you.
